1:1 Leadership Coaching

Leadership is rarely about capability alone.
More often, it’s about direction - how you hold responsibility, make decisions under pressure, and lead in ways that are ethical, sustainable, and human.

A core part of this work is communication. Not techniques or scripts, but the ability to slow things down and create the conditions for effective dialogue: especially when conversations are complex, emotionally charged, or high-stakes. Leaders are often expected to move quickly; good leadership sometimes requires doing the opposite.

I work 1:1 with leaders who are navigating complexity, transition, or increasing responsibility, and who want space to think clearly, communicate deliberately, and lead in alignment with their values. The work is psychological, reflective, and practical, supporting leaders to develop discernment, self-awareness, and agency, not just performance.

This is long-form coaching for leaders who take their role seriously and understand that how they communicate shapes culture, trust, and outcomes.

A Foundations Session

Most organisations invest in change initiatives without first examining the conditions people are operating in.

This 90-minute facilitated session offers a systems-based perspective on communication, psychological safety, and decision-making. It helps leaders see where information flow, trust, and clarity quietly break down under pressure, often explaining why previous change efforts struggled to embed.

The session is designed to create shared insight and informed choice, not quick fixes. For organisations considering coaching, leadership development, or culture change, it provides a grounded starting point and clearer direction for what needs attention next.

DISC Profiling

As a DISC-accredited practitioner, I can integrate individual and team profiling into any programme to support clearer communication, self-awareness, and responsibility under pressure.

Team Coaching

Alongside system-level work, I offer team coaching to help groups apply insight in real time, strengthening trust, dialogue, and shared accountability. This can be included as part of a package with SafeStream® .

Workshops & Bespoke CPD

I design and deliver bespoke workshops and CPD sessions grounded in coaching psychology, tailored to organisational context and need. These can sit as standalone sessions or be integrated into wider change, leadership, or development programmes.
