The Direction Method (6–12 Months)

I work 1:1 with a small number of clients in long-term coaching engagements.

Depth over volume. Quality over churn.

This is coaching for capable, high-functioning adults navigating transitions, particularly in midlife. The identity shifts, career changes, directional forks, and quieter contradictions that do not resolve through productivity, goal-setting, or willpower alone.

The Direction Method is my structured approach, grounded in coaching psychology, developmental thinking, and behavioural science. It is designed to create coherence between who you are, what you are choosing, and where you are going next.

This is not short-term coaching.

Six months is the minimum commitment. A year is often where the deeper work takes shape, as patterns become clearer and more sustainable change is established.

If you are feeling stuck, or at a point where the next chapter needs to make sense on more than paper, we can begin the conversation.

Direction Intensive (In-Person + Integration)

A full-day, in-person coaching intensive designed to bring clarity to your identity, sharpen your direction, and surface the patterns shaping your next chapter.

This is focused, high-depth work for adults who feel stuck, are navigating a transition, or need space to think beyond day-to-day demands. It goes further than short coaching sessions or surface-level planning, allowing time to explore what is actually driving your decisions, patterns, and sense of direction.

Following the intensive, we meet for up to four online coaching sessions to support integration and stabilise the changes you begin to make. This ensures the work translates into real-world decisions, not just insight on the day.

Depth first. Integration after.
