The Direction Coach

Coaching psychology for thoughtful people who want something to change

Most of the people I work with don’t need “fixing”. They’re bright, capable and have often achieved a great deal.

But they may also have spent years doing what was expected of them.

The right education. The sensible job. The responsibilities. The house, family and endless plate spinning.

They work hard, look after other people and keep everything going. Then, at some point, they realise they’ve built a life that works on paper, but something no longer fits.

That’s where I come in.

Explore coaching for yourself

The Log Book Reset is a free, short coaching exercise to help you notice one outdated story that may still be shaping your choices, understand why it was written, and update it using new evidence, greater perspective and more choice. It’s for those moments when you feel stuck, keep repeating the same pattern, or realise your current choices no longer match who you are now.

This self-guided coaching programme , developed and tested as part of my MSc research in Coaching Psychology, combines evidence-based psychology with practical coaching tools to help you understand what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters most, and start taking meaningful action. £28 | Instant access. I work with a small number of private clients each year in long-term coaching partnerships, tailored around their goals, challenges and pace of change.
