By purchasing or accessing the “Coach Yourself Unstuck” course (“Course”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

You’re purchasing a digital self-coaching course for personal use only. Once purchased, you’ll get immediate access, but refunds are not available. You agree to use the materials ethically and responsibly, and understand that this course is not therapeutic advice. 

1. Overview 

“Coach Yourself Unstuck” is a self-paced digital course created and delivered by Jen Nicholls, trading as The Direction Coach. It provides coaching tools, reflection prompts and video/audio guidance for personal development. 

2. Who This Is For 

This course is designed for adults (18+) interested in self-coaching, personal growth and mindset development. It is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical support. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, please contact a qualified healthcare provider. 

3. Intellectual Property 

All materials, videos, audio files, slides, and written content are owned by The Direction Coach and are protected by copyright laws. You may use the content for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute or resell the course or its content in any form. 

4. Payment & Access 

The course is available for a one-time payment of £47, payable via Stan Store & Stripe. 

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content. You will retain life-time access, this mean life-time of the course being in existence.

5. Refund Policy 

This is a digital product. By purchasing, you will receive immediate access to all course content. Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), digital products come with a 14-day right to cancel. However, this right is waived when you choose to access the content immediately and no refunds will be issued once access is granted. 

If you do not agree to this, please do not proceed with the purchase.

While every effort has been made to provide valuable tools and insight, results from this course may vary. You agree that The Direction Coach is not responsible for any decisions you make or outcomes you experience as a result of taking the course. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
